Happy New YEAR!!!

I can't believe it's the new year already.  Most people like to start off the new year with a bang and that was the idea but I guess there were other plans in store for us this year.  About 2 weeks into the new year we were finally able to start on our new years resolutions due to everyone getting sick over the Christmas Holiday.  One of my resolutions is to blog at least once a week and then my computer got a virus and that put a stop to that... until now. Yes, it's already the end of January.  So here is my only catch up post for this year.

Bree sitting at the table waiting for the rest of the family to come and join her.
 Morning hair
Bree practicing feeding herself.  If only she could, that would make both of our lives much easier.
Spencer turned 33! Kate and I colored the sign and he got a new grill for his birthday.  We had cake and ice-cream over at my parents to celebrate.
Kate's cheesy smile for keeping her panties dry!!! PS she also button her PJ's up all by herself. What a BIG girl!
Kate's been helping me out so much lately.  For example she loves to feed Bree which is awesome because anything that can keep both of them occupied at the same time is so great!
Spencer and my dad cutting down are so lovely bull pin metal fence.  We plan on getting a vinyl fence this spring and they thought they'd get a head start.

Also this month baby Shae Holly Orme was born on the 10th.  She was 8 lbs and her and Rachel are doing great.  Seeing how little she was and holding her almost made me baby hungry, almost.

Jesus Wants Kate for a SunBeam

Kate is now a Sunbeam!!!
When I took her into Primary with me for the first time I got a little emotional - sad I know and this is only the beginning!  I'm doomed when she goes to Kindergarten, gets Baptized, goes into Young Women's and I even want to think about dances and driving or anything else that says my little girl is growing up.  She was so excited as I took her to  sit with her class, I sat her next to her friends, stepped back took the moment in and then went to my seat on the other side of the room. I love watching her sit (not so reverently I might add) with her class.  She's lucky to have some of her good friends from her nursery in her new Sunbeams class.  The first day was a little hard for her because 1) it was a new experience 2) she had to sit for another whole hour and 3) and probably the hardest thing was she was still on the mend from her horrible mouth sickness. However, she got called up to hold a picture for music time and that made her totally happy but they had to let her stand on a chair because the kids in the back couldn't see the picture or her as a matter of fact.   I gave Kate her very own Book of Mormon to take to Primary and to class and she loves it.  I think it makes her feel official as she has always seen Spencer and I carry binders and such with us to church.  She is so excited for the Primary Presentation at the end of the year so she can talk in the "Big Microphone".  She has great teachers and I know that even though she is only be a Sunbeam for this year she is a ray of sunshine everywhere she goes.

This little girl wasn't coming a day early I guess she needed the full 40 weeks and come on her exact due date. It was a quick labor and delivery with no complications.  Baby Shae weighs 8 lbs and 1 ounce. Mom and baby are doing great. Pictures to come soon.
