No, I'm not talking about the Beer Bottle... I'm talking about the freedom a mother feels when she finally gets her baby to take formula from a bottle. Bree has finally made the transition and I was so ready for it. After carrying her for 10 months, and another 10 months of feeding her (every 3 hours for 6 of those 10 months) I finally have my body back to myself. Selfish? Maybe. However, I really don't think my milk is much more than white water and she'll probably be getting more nutrition from the formula. Oh, did I mention that now others can feed her too. It's just glorious I tell you. Just glorious.

Fence It In
Our fence is in and looks GREAT!
Spencer and my Dad took down the old metal fence. (our lot and a few others used to be used as a bull pin)
The posts were put in about a week and a half ago.
Then today they finished. So good, right?
I'm so excited because now Kate and her cousins and friends can play outside and I don't have to worry... too much anyway.

Spring Fever
Today was a very beautiful Spring day and to celebrate Kate, Bree and I wanted to plant some flowers.
This is what they will hopefully look like in 3 weeks.
Day 6
There's a few plants that have already sprouted and Kate was so excited.

Lucky You!
This day was full of green at our house. From the morning to the night we were wearin' green, eatin' green, and even poopin' green.
I had planned a fun green eggs and pancakes for breakfast but only Spencer, Bree and I enjoyed it because Kate was up the night before with a fever and a cough.
Bree loved the eggs!
This was Kate most of the day - poor thing had a high fever all day.
Bree took along nap too due to the never ending teething process.
I wanted to get a picture of the girls and this was the face I got when I asked Kate to smile...
However, she was a good sport and gave into her crazy mother's wish for a Happy St. Patrick's Day picture.
For dinner we had my parents come over for some more green food.
We ended the night with green cinnamon rolls. I wish Kate would have been feeling better so she could really get into the spirit of things but there's always next year.
And you thought I was jokin' about pooping green... well I wasn't thanks to Bree. She pulled this little poopy off all by herself while I was changing her and got distracted.
I guess we all have our own way of celebrating the holidays.
Happy St. Patrick's Day
