Time Flys...

Well here we are at the end of this month and I would like to know where has the time gone? As I passed through the pictures on our camera I realized that I was way overdue for an update on what's been going on in our lives.

Bling Bling

Seeing doubles? The next two pictures may look like nothing special but look closer (at Bree's ears) and you'll see a little shimmer. Bree got her ears pierced! She did great and so far so good. No signs of an infection. I'm not really sure why I love this day so much, maybe it's the initiation into the world of being a girl and that from now on no one will say... "Oh, he's so cute" - even when she's wearing all blue.

I must have been running late for church and in the madness of it all Spencer took these lovely pictures of our girls. Just too cute I tell ya, too cute!

One fish, two fish

Kate loves the water and always has and if the two girls are alike in any way it would be that they both love the water... warm water that is. Bree loves to sit in her little seat sucking on her little hands while I run the water over her. Makes me wonder if we are at all related to a fish?

Sisters

Kate is so good with Bree and often I find Kate making her laugh. It's the cutest thing and after I've been watching for a bit and think, Oh I should get this on tape - it's at that precise moment that they both decided it's done with. Figures, right? 4 Months
On the 23rd of this month Bree turned 4 months... hence the title of this post. I thought time went fast with Kate and now it's like we've jumped in to light speed. Bree is such a good baby. She is eating well, she smiles all the time, she laughs, she will suck on anything but prefers her fingers, she is sleeping good and brings so much joy to our little family.Date Night
Spencer and I went up to Sundance and rode the ski lift for a date. It was so pretty to see the leafs changing colors and the enormous mountains against the clear blue sky. It was perfect until Spencer accidentally kicked off one of my flip-flops. As we watched it fall down to the ground we just froze and then quickly realized, I would only have one shoe for the rest of the date. So yes, I got funny looks as I walked around the resort missing a shoe and yes one foot was very dirty by the end of our date but we both had a good laugh about and will probably never forget it.

A New Toy

Bree wasn't diggin' the swing so much anymore so I took it down to the basement and remembered this little guy. We set her in it and she loves it! Can't touch the ground just yet but with a pack of printer paper placed under her she does just dandy.
