Spencer's mother makes some incredible raspberry jam. She gets the raspberry's from her own backyard, makes the jam and then cans them for the whole year. On our last trip to Idaho we were able to stock back up with about 10 jars. I know that sounds like a lot but, you don't know Spencer and how much he loves his jam. I'm guessing it will last us until early next year.
It's been about 4 months since we've had any jam and today Spencer told me that he'd make his own dinner tonight - eggs, sausage, and toast with, yes of course, homemade jam. Here's a picture of how Spencer felt when we didn't have any jam.
